Predictable performance starts with service inspection

CXP inspections is designed to protect uptime, safety and long-term system value.

In material and logistic handling systems, mechanical wear and misalignment rarely occur suddenly and even small deviations create big operational risks. They often develop gradually over time and often without affecting short-term performance.

Because these deviations do not immediately disrupt operations, they frequently remain undetected during daily use.

However, industry experience clearly shows that even early-stage wear can significantly reduce component lifetime if left unaddressed. Misalignment, uneven load distribution, and progressive bearing degradation are among the most common root causes of:

What begins as a minor deviation can quickly escalate into a major operational risk.

What Qubiqa specialists inspect

During a CXP Inspection, Qubiqa’s mechanical specialists comes onsite and inspects your specific system, based on the documentation and knowledge we already have. The inspection focuses on identifying early wear patterns and risk indicators that are typically invisible during routine operation.

Key inspection areas include:

This approach ensures that potential issues are identified before they impact uptime, safety, or system reliability.

Actionable Recommendations Based on Condition

Each inspection concludes with a structured CXP Service Report, where findings are categorized based on urgency and operational impact within following recommendation categories:

This enables data-driven maintenance decisions, predictable budgeting, and improved long-term system performance.

“Thanks for this inspection, we are very pleased with the job/professionalism that was taken on by your onsite engineer"
