Qubiqa and C&H System Join Forces Under One Name
Qubiqa’s history goes back more than 80 years, while C&H System brings more than 55 years of experience in developing and delivering solutions for industry. By joining forces, the companies bring together decades of experience, specialised know-how and technical expertise while maintaining the close customer relationships that have always been central to both organisations.
When Qubiqa acquired C&H System in 2023, the ambition was to combine two well-established automation companies, create access to new markets and make better use of the combined expertise and resources across both organisations.
Since then, the collaboration has continued to develop. The companies are now moving forward under one shared brand and one common direction, creating an even stronger foundation for using expertise, experience and capacity across the organisation.

For customers, the merger means that the experience and expertise they already know will now be backed by a broader organisation. Customers will continue to work with many of the same people while gaining access to additional expertise, resources and capabilities.

For existing C&H System customers, continuity is an important part of the transition.
Activities at the Næstved location will continue, and customers will still be able to reach the people and functions they know today.
What changes first and foremost is the name and the shared direction of the organisation. The transition to Qubiqa will take place gradually, allowing customers, suppliers and partners time to become familiar with the common name and the new digital structure.
Over time, the companies’ digital presence, news, knowledge and contact information will be consolidated on qubiqa.com and across Qubiqa’s shared channels.

Following the merger, Qubiqa employs approximately 240 people across locations in Esbjerg, Næstved and Poland.
