With a belt roll-up machine from Qubiqa, you achieve a gentle start of the roll-up process, and the entire surface of your product is supported during the rollup cycle.
The servo-controlled belt loop ensures an accurate roll-up process with an even compression ratio for all layers in the roll.
The machine has a dynamic precompression unit that moves throughout the roll-up process. It moves backwards to make room as the roll diameter increases. The machine is supplied with automatic film feed and end shrinking.
