Culture

It is essential for Qubiqa to be a learning organization. We must experiment with new thoughts and methods – learn from our own experience and history. Errors are allowed, as long as you learn from them. We also need to learn from the experience and best practice of others. We will spread our knowledge quickly and efficiently within the organization.

 

We wish to create something good. The culture must be motivating. We have a company where everyone feels the joint ownership and is willing to shoulder a responsibility.

At Qubiqa everybody is involved in the proactive work and daily dialogue related to the working environment, and we make workplace evaluations in cooperation with each employee to reduce the risk of work-related injury.

We are convinced that Qubiqa must continue doing business in a responsible way. Not only because it is the right thing to do, but also because it is better for our company in the long term. We want to make sure that we protect the people and resources involved in Qubiqa’s activities in the best possible way.


Qubiqa will to the greatest possible extend contribute with our knowledge, competences and influence to preserve the Earth’s resources.


We are ambitious on sustainability

Our CSR strategy is ambitious – it supports UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which address the biggest global issues of today including poverty, climate change, environment and corruption.
 

The SDGs were approved by world leaders in September 2015 to serve as concrete objectives for businesses, governments and organizations for strategies and development initiatives for the next 15 years until 2030.

If you wish to report knowledge or suspicion of unlawful or unethical business conduct you can use Qubiqa's Whistleblower System to do so safely and anonymously.

 

All employees of Qubiqa, business partners and other parties may use the Whistleblower system to report concerns related to Qubiqa.

 

Qubiqa's Whistleblower portal is an electronic reporting system that is solely intended for reporting serious circumstances or suspicions of serious circumstances, including violations of laws, regulations, internal policies and guidelines, or ethical standards.
